Returns/Refunds
We offer a 30-day no-hassle return policy on every product we sell. Simply return (at your expense) your unopened, unused product to us with your original receipt, and we will happily refund your money. Your product must be received within 6 weeks from the date of purchase to qualify for a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the status of your refund request. Other than GLOring, there are no expressed warranties provided for any other GLOproduct.


Manufacturing Defects
If within 6 months from the date of purchase, your GLO product has developed a manufacturer's defect, please contact us, and we will review your claim. In the event your claim is accepted, Glorope Safety Solutions may, at its discretion, offer you a replacement product that is similar or the same, or a glorope.com credit equal to the value of your purchase (less shipping fees).

Shipping
Items purchased and shipped within Canada will be sent within 48 hours, assuming we have inventory. The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout.
We ship items worldwide, and you will be given an estimate at checkout. Glorope.com may need to contact you with a revised shipping quote once delivery is confirmed. 


Currency
All Glorope.com products are priced in Canadian dollars. We will do our best to provide you with costs based on your preferred currency, but we cannot guarantee that your actual costs may vary. We will contact you in such instances. Glorope Safety Solutions is not responsible for payment of any duties or additional taxation which may be incurred with your purchase.
