GLOring - Exclusive TEN YEAR Warranty
WARRANTY COVERAGE:
Glorope Safety Solutions warrants that the glow-in-the-dark life ring (GLOring) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship of the plastic ring and glow properties for the life of the product under normal use and care for ten years subject to the conditions and limitations below. For all other GLOproducts please refer to paragraph 8 below.

- Warranty Period
This Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the GLOring and is non-transferable. Coverage begins from the date of purchase and continues for the GLOring’s lifetime, as long as it is owned by the original purchaser. - Coverage Conditions
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:
- Structural integrity of the life ring itself including delamination or splitting of the plastic
- Glow-in-the-dark performance under standard usage and exposure as outlined in the product instructions
- What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- The grab line and the attachment points of the grab line
- The reflective material that is placed on the GLOring in four locations
- Any product stickers attached the the GLOring at point of sale
- Ordinary wear and tear or cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dents, fading, or changes in color.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, improper storage, or any unauthorized modification or alteration.
- Damage due to lack of reasonable care and maintenance.
- Natural degradation of glow performance caused by the improper care and maintenance of the GLOring including but not limited to anything that may have been applied to the surface of the GLOring such as paint, stickers (other than those applied at the factory), lettering, dirt and other environmental factors such as prolonged submersion greater than 1 hour
- Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must:
- Provide proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) indicating the purchase date and retailer (if any).
- Contact Glorope Safety Solutions by phone or email to initiate a warranty claim and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the Product, along with the RMA number, to Glorope Safety Solutions’ designated return address. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Warranty Remedies
Upon approval of a warranty claim, Glorope Safety Solutions, at its discretion, will either:
- Repair the Product to original specifications or
- Replace the Product with an identical or comparable product or
- Offer online store credit worth the original purchase price
- Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Glorope Safety Solutions shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or failure of the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Read the full liability policy. - Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in New Brunswick. - For all other GLO products there is a 30-day no hassle return policy and a 6 month manufacturers defect policy. Within 30-days simply return your unused product in its original packaging and we'll happily refund your money. In the unlikely event that your GLO product develops a manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase please contact us, we'll either replace the product or offer you credit
